Process & Capabilities

Step 1: Drawings Review
Customer provides 2D or 3D drawings (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, STP etc.). Our engineers review and provide professional advice.

Step 2: Mold Opening
Our mold-making workshop processes the grinding tool based on confirmed dimensions. Typical mold opening time: 15-25 days.

Step 3: Trial Samples
First batch of samples produced for customer checking. We provide weight, dimensions, photos of every angle.

Step 4: Confirmation
Customer confirms sample quality and sign off. Adjustments can be made before mass production.

Step 5: Mass Production
Once sample confirmed, production line starts. QC team inspects every batch before shipment.
