Unipack Glass is based in Qingdao and boasts more than 30 years of experience manufacturing glass packaging. We specialize in the production of glass bottles and jars for spirits, wine, sauces and a wide range of food and beverage applications.
Our factory operates four independent furnaces, dedicated to amber, green, flint and super-flint glass separately. We are equipped with 10 fully-automatic production lines, all fitted with automatic inspection equipment, and 8 semi-automatic 8S & 9S forming lines. Our daily output reaches around 600 tons, ensuring stable capacity and consistent quality, catering to both large-volume mass orders and custom projects.
We provide professional custom-made solutions for glass bottles and jars per customers’ requirements. We can turn your ideas into finished products, covering the whole workflow from drawing design, 3D prototyping, glass sample making to final mould development and mass production.
We offer a full suite of deep processing services including frosting, decal printing, silk-screen printing, hot stamping and engraving. Flexible packaging options are available: pallet bulk packing, custom cartons and premium gift boxes. We can also supply matching closures and accessories, delivering a true one-stop packaging service.

Strong Production Capacity & Strict Quality Control
Our factory achieves a daily output of around 600 tons, capable of producing glass bottles and containers in four material types: amber, green, flint and super flint.
Quality inspection starts right after bottle forming on IS machines. Our operators and quality inspectors carry out hot end sampling to check bottle dimensions. After hot end coating, the system performs automatic hot end rejection of defective bottles to guarantee product quality. Bottles then go into the annealing kiln to relieve internal glass stress through controlled heating and slow cooling.
Subsequently, bottles are inspected by top tier domestic glass bottle inspection machines. These systems detect various defects including body flaws, neck thread issues, bubbles and foreign particles.
Finished bottles are packed automatically with heat shrink film. Random QA re inspection is conducted on packed goods to further rule out defects.
Design & Engineering Services
Every project is unique. Unipack Glass assigns a dedicated project team to provide full range design and engineering services. Our team can develop bottle shapes and brand oriented appearances from scratch. We also have in house 3D printing prototyping capability for fast sample creation.
Custom Private Mold
Private mold costs are extremely high in Europe and North America, sometimes reaching up to USD 25,000 per set. Leveraging cost effective local manufacturing resources, we offer custom private molds starting from USD 1,000 per set.
Our molds can produce millions of glass bottles. We provide free mold replacement when molds wear out.
Low MOQ for Custom Designed Bottles
For exclusive custom bottle projects, our minimum order quantity is only 10,000 bottles per production run. This offers great opportunities for startups and new brands to conduct trial runs in the alcoholic beverage market.
